Words to live by!

POMO: Position of maximum opportunity.

BANG-GU: Play the ball back to the 18 and BOOM!  The shot from a cannon!

Dead space: The area behind a defender where you cannot receive a pass.

Goal Side: Placing yourself between the goal and the opponent attacking your goal. This is particularly important if you get beat, you must loop back goalside.

Hop: The action an athelete does on the playing field. When a player is on the pitch they should constantly be moving (hopping) around so they are ready to take action such as receive the ball or make a fake run.

Pitch: What real soccer players call the field.

Vision: Knowing where your teammates are on the playing field (the pitch).

Boots: The things Americans call cleats 
 
Feinting:  Faking out your opponent
